This is how the Glad Tidings Publishing Association deals with your data.

WHY DOES GLAD TIDINGS MAGAZINE HOLD DATA?
As a customer of Glad Tidings Magazine we need your details to fulfil orders made.

WHAT INFORMATION IS HELD?
Usual data held includes names, addresses, emails and phone numbers. We do not store financial information, such as credit or debit card details. If it is necessary for Glad Tidings Magazine to make payments directly into your bank account these details will be stored at the Glad Tidings Magazine’s bank, NatWest Bank plc.

WHAT IS THE DATA USED FOR?
Customer data is only used for normal business purposes such as fulfilling orders, raising invoices and collecting payments. It is not used for marketing purposes without express permission having been given.

WHERE IS THE DATA HELD?
Data is stored on the Glad Tidings Magazine systems and is only available to Glad Tidings Magazine staff for the purpose of carrying out their duties.

WHO ELSE HAS ACCESS TO THE DATA?
No one outside the appointed members of the Glad Tidings Magazine committee has access to the data. It is not shared with third parties or other organisations.

ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS IS THE DATA HELD?
Under the General Data Protection Regulations, which came into force on 25th May 2018, the lawful basis for holding data is ‘contract’.

CAN I HAVE MY DATA DELETED?
Yes. Please contact Glad Tidings Magazine by email: orders-uk@gladtidingsmagazine.org if you wish this to be done. If a customer account becomes inactive the data is deleted after three years.
